Our client, a visionary entrepreneur looking to expand business operations, acquired land in the Chippenham area for a new development venture. Seeking to develop a warehouse and commercial buildings, the client approached R&D Site Solutions based on our established reputation. The Solution
With a sprawling 3.5 thousand square meters to cover, R&D took on the responsibility of designing, roofing, cladding, and steelwork. The client initially presented a design that subsequently was amended, prompting R&D to leverage our expertise in redesigning the project for optimal functionality. Despite already specified and purchased materials, the redesign required meticulous adaptation of these materials to align with the new vision. Throughout the project, our team seamlessly accommodated changes to the design and build, ensuring flexibility as the client refined their vision, necessitating continuous adjustments to the already procured materials.
Outcome
Commencing in May 2022 and reaching completion in May 2023, the Corston Warehouse and Commercial Buildings project spanned a year of collaborative efforts.
